Alt Ekstremite Travmaları
Özet
Alt ekstremite vücut ağırlığını taşımasının yanında, vücut hareketini sağlamada önemli rol oynar. Kırığın oluş şekli, ek hastalıklar sorgulanmalı, çoklu travma ihtimaline karşı sistemik muayene yapılmalıdır. Özellikle yaşlı hastalarda düşme nedeninin senkop etiyolojisinde yer alan santral sinir sistemi hastalıkları, kardiyovasküler hastalıklar gibi daha kompleks patolojiler olabileceği unutulmamalıdır. Analjezi, yara temizliği, tetanoz ve enfeksiyon profilaksisi, dolaşımın bozulduğu durumlarda redüksiyon, kırık ekstremitenin uygun şekilde sabitlenmesi acil serviste yapılmalıdır.
