Hastane Öncesi Travma Bakım Organizasyonu
Özet
Travmaya bağlı ölümler dünyada genç ölümlerinin ve kalıcı sakatlığın önde gelen sebeplerindendir. Önlenmesi ve tedavisi için organize sistem ve yaklaşımlara ihtiyaç vardır. Travmanın gerçekleştiği andan itibaren, acil bakımın sağlanması ve hastaların hızlı bir şekilde nakledilmesi gereken kısa bir zaman aralığı olan “altın periyot” (golden period) içinde yapılan etkin müdahaleler hayat kurtarıcıdır. Hastane öncesi dönem bu kritik süreyi kapsadığı için tüm travma hastalarının bakımında önemli bir aşamadır. Erken triyaj, etkin müdahale ve uygun nakil kararı için dünya genelinde sistematik yaklaşımlar, kurallar ve yönetim ağları geliştirilmektedir. Hastane öncesi bakım aşaması uygun şekilde yapıldığında travma hastalarının kalıcı tedavisinde ve uzun vadeli morbidite ve mortalite üzerinde etkili olacaktır.
