Acilde Nöbet Yönetimi
Özet
Nöbetler motor, duyusal, otonomik ve kognitif fonksiyonlarda anormalliklere yol açan ani ve anormal nöron aktiviteleri olarak tanımlanır. Tetikleyici faktörler metabolik bozukluklar, toksinler veya santral sinir sistemi patolojileri gibi çeşitli klinik durumlardır. Epilepsi tekrarlayan tetiklenmemiş nöbetlerle karakterize bir durum olup genellikle çocukluk veya ergenlik döneminde ortaya çıkar. Nöbetler parsiyel (fokal) veya jeneralize olarak sınıflandırılır ve klinik özellikler nöronal aktivitenin yayılım alanına göre değişir. Acil servislerde nöbet yönetimi nöbetin tipi, altta yatan nedenler ve hasta öyküsü dikkate alınarak yapılmalıdır. Status epileptikus gibi durumlarda erken müdahale kritik öneme sahiptir. Öykü, fizik muayene, tanı testleri ve uygun tedavi yöntemleri ile etkili bir nöbet yönetimi sağlanabilir.
