Kardiyoserebral Resüsitasyon

Özet

Kardiyoserebral Resüsitasyon (CCR), özellikle hastane dışı ortamlarda kardiyak arrest vakalarının yönetiminde önemli bir değişiklik sunmaktadır. Bu prosedür, dolaşımı artırmak için ventilasyon yerine kesintisiz göğüs kompresyonlarına öncelik verir. Standart kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyonun (CPR) aksine, hava yolu yönetimine ve önce solunuma odaklanmaz. CCR'nin birincil amacı beyin ve kalp dokularının perfüzyonunu iyileştirmek ve böylece hayatta kalma oranlarını artırmaktır. Bu yaklaşım özellikle kardiyak nedenlere bağlı ani kalp durması vakalarında etkilidir.
