Acil Serviste Elektroensefalografi

Özet

Elektroensefalografi (EEG), beyin fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesinde kritik bir tanı aracı olup, özellikle acil servislerde ve yoğun bakım ünitelerinde hayati bir rol oynamaktadır. Bilinç değişiklikleri, nonkonvülsif nöbetler (NKN) ve status epileptikus (SE) gibi klinik bulguların erken teşhis ve tedavisinde EEG, önemli avantajlar sunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, acil servislerdeki ekipman ve personel eksiklikleri, hasta hareketleri ve çevresel faktörler gibi zorluklar nedeniyle EEG uygulaması sınırlamalarla karşılaşmaktadır. Bu zorluklara rağmen, EEG'nin zamanında kullanımı, kritik hastaların yönetiminde olumlu sonuçlar doğurmaktadır.
