Bağımlılık Türleri ve Meslek Hastalıkları İlişkisi
Özet
Tüm dünyada hem madde bağımlılıkları hem de davranışsal bağımlılıklar sebebiyle birçok insan önemli sağlık sorunları yaşamaktadır. Bu sorunlar sadece bireyin kendisini değil ailesini, çevresini ve içinde yaşadığı toplumu da etkileyerek önemli zararlar verebilmektedir. Bağımlılıklar birçok toplumda her yaş grubundan insanı etkileyen önemli bir halk sağlığı problemi olarak görülmektedir. Günümüzde teknolojik ilerlemelerin artmasıyla özellikle teknoloji bağımlılığı türündeki davranışsal bağımlılıkların gelişmesi kolaylaşmış bu da bazı meslek grupları için risk oluşturmuştur. Madde bağımlılığı açısından risk altında olan genç yaştaki bireyler, aile yaşamında sorunlar yaşayan, iletişim problemi gibi sıkıntılar yaşayan kişiler ise çeşitli meslek hastalıkları açısından da risk taşımaktadırlar.
Günümüzün önemli sorunlarından olan bağımlılıklar ve meslek hastalıkları, bu konuların öneminin farkında olan hekim, halk sağlığı hemşireleri ve akademisyenlerin çözüm arayışında olmaları gereken önemli sağlık sorunlarındandır. Bunun için atılması gereken ilk adım mevcut durumu ortaya koyarak konuya dikkat çekmek olacaktır.
Many people all over the world experience significant health problems due to both substance addictions and behavioral addictions. These problems can cause significant harm by affecting not only the individual but also their family, environment and the society they live in. Addictions are seen as a significant public health problem affecting people of all ages in many societies. Today, with the increase in technological advances, the development of behavioral addictions, especially technology addiction, has become easier, which has created a risk for some occupational groups. Young individuals who are at risk for substance addiction, those who have problems in their family life and communication problems are also at risk for various occupational diseases.
Addictions and occupational diseases, which are among the important problems of today, are important health problems that physicians, public health nurses and academics who are aware of the importance of these issues should seek solutions for. The first step to take for this will be to reveal the current situation and draw attention to the issue.
