Yatan Hastalarda Enteral Beslenme
Özet
Malnütrisyon tüm dünyada sık görülen bir sağlık sorunudur. Kronik hastalığı olan bireylerde morbitite ve mortalite ile ilişkilidir. Yatan her hastada beslenme durumunun değerlendirilmesi yapılmalıdır. Malnütrisyon saptandığı durumda hastanın klinik durumuna göre tedavi edilmelidir. Uygun tedavi yaklaşımı ile morbidite ve mortaliteyi azaltmak, tekrar hastane yatışlarının önüne geçmek mümkündür.
Malnutrition is a common health problem all over the world. It is associated with morbidity and mortality in individuals with chronic diseases. Nutritional status should be evaluated in every hospitalized patient. If malnutrition is detected, it should be treated according to the clinical condition of the patient. With an appropriate treatment approach, it is possible to reduce morbidity and mortality and prevent rehospitalizations.
