Günübirlik Damar Cerrahilerinde Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Günübirlik cerrahi, hastaların ihtiyaçlarına uygun ve kendi evlerinde iyileşmelerine olanak sağlamaktadır. Hastalara özel ve kaliteli bakım sağlanmakta olup hasta ve sağlık kuruluşları açısında avantajları fazladır. Günübirlik cerrahi ile yapılan işlemlerin kapsamı ve hasta sayısı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu artışta rehberlerin önerileri doğrultusunda yapılan çalışmalar ve teknolojik gelişmeler önemlidir. Günümüzde günübirlik cerrahi ile yapılan ve hasta sayısında artışın görüldüğü alanlardan birisi de damar cerrahisidir. Damar cerrahileri genellikle yatış gereken işlemler olduğu bilinmektedir. Ancak damar cerrahisinde gelişen teknik uygulamalar nedeniyle günübirlik cerrahi tercih edilmeye başlamıştır. İleriki dönemlerde diğer alanlarda da günübirlik cerrahi ile yapılan işlemlerin sayısının artacağı düşünülmektedir.
Day surgery allows patients to recover in their own homes in accordance with their needs. Patients are provided with special and high quality care and have many advantages for patients and health institutions. The scope of procedures performed with day surgery and the number of patients are increasing day by day. Studies carried out in line with the recommendations of the guidelines and technological developments are important in this increase. Today, vascular surgery is one of the areas where day surgery is performed and the number of patients is increasing. Vascular surgeries are generally known to require hospitalization. However, due to developing technical applications in vascular surgery, day surgery has started to be preferred. It is thought that the number of procedures performed with day surgery in other fields will increase in the future.
