Damar Cerrahisi Sonrası Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Vasküler sistem hastalıkları olarak sıklıkla periferik arter hastalığı, aort anevrizması, diseksiyon, varis ve derin ven trombozu görülmektedir. Bu hastalıklarda ameliyat sonrası sorunlar genellikle trombüs ve emboli kaynaklıdır. Cerrahi tedavi sonrası nörovasküler izlem yapılması bu hastalıklarda önemli bir bakım girişimidir. Hemşirelerin olası sorunların erken fark edilmesi ve yönetimi gerçekleştirebilmesi için arteriyel ve venöz hastalıkları, hastalıkların cerrahi tedavisini, cerrahi nedeniyle gelişebilecek komplikasyonları ve bakım girişimlerini bilmesi gerekir.
Vascular system diseases include peripheral artery disease, aortic aneurysm, dissection, varicose veins, and deep vein thrombosis. The postoperative problems observed in these diseases are generally related to thrombosis and embolism. Neurovascular monitoring after surgical interventions for arterial and venous diseases is crucial to patient care. Nurses need to know arterial and venous diseases, surgical treatment of diseases, complications that may develop due to surgery, and care interventions to detect and manage potential problems early.
