Kalp Cerrahisinde Psikososyal Sorunlar

Özet

Kalp damar hastalarına perioperatif süreçte verilen psikososyal bakım ile hastaların fiziksel iyilik durumlarını desteklemek ve yaşam kalitelerini artırmak mümkündür. Ameliyat öncesi dönemde hastalar cerrahi sürece bağlı korku, anksiyete gibi durumlar yaşayabilmektedir. Psikososyal tanılama, hasta eğitimi, stres yönetimi ve sosyal destek ağlarını tanımlama ile ameliyat öncesi dönemde yaşadığı korku ve anksiyete azaltılabilir. Korku ve anksiyetenin azaltılmasıyla ameliyat sırası ve sonrası dönemde yaşanabilecek komplikasyon sayısı, anestezik ilaç kullanımı azaltılabilir. Ameliyat sonrası dönemde ise; rehabilitasyon desteğinin verilmesi, hasta eğitiminin yapılması, stres yönetimi ile psikososyal yönden iyilik haline ulaşması sağlayabilir.

 

Psychosocial care provided to cardiovascular patients in the perioperative period can support their physical well-being and improve their quality of life. In the preoperative period, patients may experience fear and anxiety related to the surgical process. Fear and anxiety in the preoperative period can be reduced by psychosocial diagnosis, patient education, stress management and identification of social support networks. By reducing fear and anxiety, the number of complications that may occur during and after surgery, use of anesthetic drugs can be reduced. In the postoperative period; rehabilitation support, patient education, stress management and psychosocial well-being can be achieved.
