Kültür-Mekân İlişkisi
Özet
Bu çalışma, kültür ve mekân arasındaki karşılıklı ilişkiyi araştırmaktadır. Mekânın kültürel uygulamaları nasıl etkilediği, kültürel özelliklerin mekânı nasıl şekillendirdiğini ve her ikisi arasındaki karşılıklı dinamik ilişkiyi ortaya koymak Araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma, beşerî coğrafya, şehir planlaması ve kültürel sürdürülebilirlik üzerine daha geniş tartışmalara katkıda bulunarak, mekânsal gelişim ve politika üretilmesinde kültürel değerlerin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmanın temel veri kaynaklarını farklı disiplinlerde hazırlanmış çalışmalar oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bilgi ve veriler nitel veri analizi metoduyla, coğrafyanın bağlantı ve neden-sonuç ilkeleri kapsamında analiz edilmiş ve karşılaştırmalı bir bakış açısıyla sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları kültür ve mekân arasında karşılık ve sıkı bir ilişki olduğunu ve mekânsal özelliklerin kültürel kimliğin için ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğunu göstermektedir. Doğal, beşerî ve ekonomik coğrafya özellikleri kültür oluşumunda önemli bir rol oynamaktayken, kültürün şekillendirdiği olgu, algılar ve davranış biçimleri de insanların yaşadığı mekânı şekillendirmesinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır.
