Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi Hastalarında Ölüm Anksiyetesi ve İlişkili Faktörler
Özet
Yoğun bakım ünitelerinde ölüm anksiyetesi, özellikle ileri yaş, ciddi hastalık tanıları, sosyal destek eksikliği ve uzun süreli yoğun bakım tedavisi gibi faktörlerle ilişkilidir. Bu süreçte kişilerin ölüm anksiyetesini gidermek için psikososyal destek sürdürülmesi, hasta ve yakınlarına rehberlik sağlanması ve iletişim odaklı bakım uygulamalarının benimsenmesi önemlidir. Sağlık çalışanlarının, ailelerinin kaygı düzeylerinin farklı olup olmadığı uygun müdahalelerde bulunup, sorunların çözümüne olumlu katkı sağlanabilmektedir.
