Özet

Küreselleşen dünyada işletmelerin yerel pazarların ötesine geçerek uluslararası arenada rekabet edebilmesi stratejik karar alma süreçleri kadar küresel yönetim ve uluslararası işletmecilik uygulamalarına da bağlıdır. İşletmelerin, yabancı pazarlara giriş stratejilerini belirlerken pazar seçimi, giriş zamanlaması, ölçek ve giriş yöntemi gibi faktörlerin yanı sıra, kültürel çeşitlilik ve farklı sosyal yapılarla uyum sağlama yeteneği de büyük önem taşımaktadır. Uluslararası pazarlarda başarı, yalnızca finansal ve operasyonel stratejilerin etkinliğine değil, aynı zamanda kültürel farkındalık ve esneklik gerektiren yönetim becerilerine de dayanmaktadır. Bu bağlamdan yola çıkan bu çalışmanın amacı küreselleşmenin işletmeler üzerindeki etkilerini, uluslararası pazarlara giriş stratejilerini ve kültürel çeşitliliğin yönetiminin işletme başarısına katkısını detaylı bir şekilde ele alarak alan yazına katkı sunmaktır.
