İnovasyon ve Girişimcilik

Özet

Günümüzde işletmeler inovasyonla müşterilerine daha kaliteli ve daha iyi ürün ve hizmetler sunarak daha iyi bir yaşam biçimini desteklemekte, faaliyette bulundukları ülkelerin ekonomilerinin de büyüme ve gelişmesine katkıda bulunmakta, çalışanların refahını artırmaktadır. Bu noktada girişimci yaptığı inovasyon ve yaratıcılıkla bu değişimin ve gelişmenin temel kaynağıdır. Ülkeleri ekonomik olarak geliştirmek ve istihdam sürekliliğini sağlamak için girişimcilerin başarılı olmaları ve inovasyon yapmalarını sağlayacak elverişli ortamlarla desteklenmesi önemli bir hale gelmiştir. Artık inovasyon ve girişimciliği destekleyen ekosistemlerin oluşturulması dünya genelinde kabul gören bir görüş halini almıştır. 
Bu amaçla çalışma kapsamında öncelikle inovasyon kavramı ve  inovasyon süreci ele alınmakta ve zaman içerisinde ortaya çıkan inovasyon modelleri açıklanmaktadır. İzleyen bölümlerde girişimcilik kavramı ve özellikleri ile günümüzde önemli bir araştırma alanı oluşturan girişimcilik ekosistemi açıklanmaktadır. Çalışma iş fikri geliştirme ve yeni iş kurma sürecinin ele alındığı kısımla son bulmaktadır.
