Kemik ve Eklem Hastalıkları

Özet

Kemik ve eklem hastalıkları, konjenital, kalıtsal, travma, enfeksiyöz, immün, neoplastik ve beslenme kaynaklı faktörlerle hayvanlarda önemli sağlık sorunları oluşturur. Bu hastalıklar, özellikle topallık, ağrı, şişlik ve hareket kısıtlılığı gibi belirtilerle kendini gösterir. Kemik kırıkları genellikle travma sonucu oluşurken, beslenme dengesizlikleri ve gelişimsel anomaliler de kemik dokuyu etkileyebilir. Beslenme kaynaklı hastalıklar, mineral ve vitamin eksiklikleriyle ilişkilidir. Eklem hastalıkları, artritis, osteoartritis, septik artrit ve çıkıklar gibi patolojileri içerir ve eklem yapılarında çeşitli hasarlara yol açabilir. Ankiloz ise eklem hareketliliğinin kaybı ile karakterizedir. Kemik ve eklemleri etkileyen hastalıkların etiyolojileri, klinik görünümleri, tanı ve prognoz süreçleri ele alınmış ve güncel tedavi yaklaşımları üzerine önemli bilgiler sunulmuştur.
