Restoratif Diş Hekimliğinde Renk Sistemleri ve Kompozit Rezinlerin Renk Uyum Potansiyeli
Özet
Restoratif diş hekimliğinde renk uyumunun başarılı bir şekilde sağlanması, renk belirleme sistemlerinin doğru kullanılmasıyla mümkün olmaktadır. Ancak mevcut renk belirleme sistemlerinin eksik yönleri nedeniyle klinikteki diğer faktörlerle (aydınlatma koşulları, klinisyen deneyimi gibi) birleştirildiğinde renk seçimi en hassas sonuçları vermektedir. Bu nedenle renk eşleştirme adımını ortadan kaldıran tek renkli kompozit rezinlerin renk uyum potansiyeli, estetik restorasyonların başarısını artırmak için geliştirilen teknolojiler arasında önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Geliştirilen bu kompozitlerin optik ve fiziksel özellikleri, restoratif diş hekimliğinde yeni yaklaşımlara olanak sağlamakla birlikte, uzun dönem klinik performansları üzerine daha fazla çalışmaya ihtiyaç vardır.
Successful color matching in restorative dentistry is possible with the correct use of shade selection systems. However, due to the shortcomings of current color matching systems, color matching is most accurate when combined with other factors in the clinic (such as lighting conditions, clinician experience). Therefore, the color matching potential of monochromatic composite resins that eliminate the color matching step has an important place among the technologies developed to increase the success of aesthetic restorations. Although the optical and physical properties of these composites enable new approaches in restorative dentistry, more research is needed on their long-term clinical performance.
