Yeni Kuşak Antikoagülan ve Antiagreganların Komplikasyonlarının Vaka Sunumlarıyla İncelenmesi

Özet

Modern tıbbın ilerlemesi ile geleneksel yaklaşımlarla hayatımıza girmiş ve günümüzde de aktif olarak kullanımı devam eden antikoagülan ve antiagreganların son yıllarda yaşadığı gelişmeler ışığında karşımıza çıkan yeni kuşak antikoagülan ve antiagreganlar önceki bölümlerde geniş ölçekte ele alındı.
Getirdikleri avantajların yanı sıra her ilacın olduğu gibi bu grupta da karşımıza çeşitli komplikasyonlar çıkmaktadır. Bu bölümde sık karşılaşılan ve klinik anlamda öneme sahip olan çeşitli komplikasyonlar ile ilgili yapılan vaka bildirimlerine değineceğiz. Bu vakaları anlatarak, klinik uygulamada karşılaşılabilecek potansiyel riskleri ve bu risklerin etkin yönetim stratejilerini tartışmayı amaçlıyoruz. Bu şekilde, pratik klinik bilgilerin yanı sıra klinik düşünme ve karar verme becerilerini geliştirmeyi hedefliyoruz.

With the advancement of modern medicine, anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents have been integrated into our lives alongside traditional approaches and continue to be actively used today. In light of the developments in recent years, new generation anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents have been discussed in depth in previous sections.
Despite the advantages they bring, various complications arise with these medications, as with any drug. In this section, we will address commonly encountered complications that are clinically significant, along with case reports related to them. By discussing these cases, we aim to highlight potential risks that may be encountered in clinical practice and effective management strategies for these risks. In this way, we aim to develop practical clinical knowledge as well as clinical thinking and decision-making skills.
