Antiagregan İlaç Kullanan Hastalarda Üreteroneskopi ve Retrograd İntrarenal Cerrahi
Özet
Antiagregan ilaçlar, trombositlerin agregasyonlarını inhibe eden ilaçlardır. Asetil salisilik asit (aspirin) siklooksijenaz-1 (COX-1)'i geri dönüşümsüz olarak inhibe eder. Böylece TxA2 sentezi büyük ölçüde azalır. Clopidogrel, ADP reseptörünü geri dönüşümsüz olarak inhibe eder. Dipridamol, adenozinin trombosit içine girmesini engeller. Bu ilaçlar bir takım patolojilere yol açan veya yol açabilecek pıhtılaşmaları engellerken kanamaya yatkınlık oluşturmaktadırlar. Bu ilaçları kullanan hastalarda endoskopik olarak üriner sisteme cerrahi girişim gerekebilmektedir. Bu girişimler öncesi antiagregan ilaç kullanımının etkisi üzerine çeşitli çalışmalar bulunmaktadır.
