Ebelikte Etkili Takım Liderliği
Özet
Ebeler, çağdaş doğum hizmetlerinin kalitesini iyileştirme stratejisinin merkezine ideal bir şekilde yerleştirilen; çeşitli sağlık ve sosyal bakım ortamlarında bütüncül bakım sağlama ortak amacı ile bilgi ve uzmanlıklarını diğer profesyonellerle paylaşan ve onlardan öğrenen multidisipliner bir ekibin değerli üyeleri olarak bilinmektedir. Ebelerin denetlenmesi ya da ebelerin örgütsel bir yapı içerisinde terfi ettirilmesi ile sağlık hizmetinin farklı kademelerinde ebe lider ve yöneticileri ortaya çıkmıştır. Ebelerin olduğu bu liderlik ve yönetim alanları çağdaş doğum hizmetlerinin iyileştirilmesini, stratejilerin geliştirilmesini, kadın ve ailesi için hizmet sunumunun kalitesini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Ebelerin takım oluşturma süreçlerini bilmesi, etkili takım çalışmalarına ve disiplinlerarası arası çalışmalara katılması, ebelerin yönetim ve liderlik pozisyonlarında olması meslek görünürlüğünü etkilemektedir. Meslek üyelerinin liderlik potansiyellerinin farkına varmasıyla, meslek görünürlüğü artacak ve ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasıyla birlikte meslek daha da güçlenecektir. Bu bölümde takım kavramı, takım liderliği, ebelikte etkili takım yaklaşımından bahsedilmiştir.
