Kesitsel Nöroradyoloji

Özet

Santral sinir sisteminin (SSS) görüntülenmesinde; bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) sık olarak kullanılır. Her iki görüntüleme metodunun tanı değerleri kıymetli olsa da, yumuşak doku görüntü kalitesinin yüksek olmasından dolayı anatomik detayı daha iyi verebilmesi, çevre kemik dokulara bağlı artefaktlar içermemesi ve iyonizan radyasyon taşımaması nedeniyle günlük pratikte en sık MRG kullanılmaktadır. Bu bölümde MRG kesitleri üzerinden kesitsel nöroanatomi anlatılacaktır.
