Çocuklarda Koroner Hastalıklar ve Spor

Özet

Koroner arter hastalıkları spor katılımcılarında ani kardiyak ölümün en sık nedenlerinden biridir. Bu hastalıkların bir kısmı iyi huylu seyir göstermekte iken bir kısmı ani kardiyovasküler olay riski taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple koroner arter hastalığına sahip olgularda seçici ve rutin tarama oldukça önemlidir. Bu bölümde koroner arterlerin konjenital ve edinsel patolojilerine sahip olgularda spora katılım önerileri güncel kılavuzlar ışığında tartışılacaktır.
