Pediatrik Kalp Yetmezliğinde Spora Katılım
Özet
Egzersiz ve spora katılım altta yatan kalp yetmezliği olan bireylerde ciddi kardiyovasküler yük oluşturmaktadır. Asemptomatik veya semptomatik olan kalp yetmezliği, konjenital kalp hastalığı veya edinsel hastalıklardan kaynaklanabilir. Erişkin çalışmalarından edinilen verilere göre, yaşam tarzı değişikliğinin ve egzersizin kalp yetmezliği olan çocuklarda da fayda sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir. Kalp yetmezliği olan bireylerde egzersiz ve spor esnasında ortaya çıkan fizyolojik değişiklikleri anlamak, bu bireylerin yönetimine katkı sağlayacaktır.
