Sporcularda Ekokardiyografik Değerlendirme
Özet
Sporcu çocuk kalbi, aktif fiziksel egzersiz yapan çocukların kalbinde görülen adaptif değişikliklerdir. Bulgular, yapılan sporun türüne, yaş, cinsiyet ve toplumlara göre farklılık gösterir. Bu fizyolojik değişikliklerin patolojik kalp hastalıklarının erken evresinden ayrımının yapılması, genç sporculardaki ani kardiyak ölüm riskini azaltmak açısından önemlidir. Bu yazıda sporcu çocuk kalbindeki fizyolojik değişiklikler ve bunların ekokardiyografik görüntüleme ile patolojik durumlardan ayrımı anlatılacaktır.
