İklim Değişikliğinin Hemşirelik Yönetimine Yansımaları

Özet

İklim değişikliği sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunu ve hasta ihtiyaçlarını doğrudan etkileyen kapsamlı bir değişken olduğundan hemşirelik mesleği uygulama, araştırma ve eğitim alanlarında iklim değişikliğine cevap verme kapasitesiyle stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Nitekim iklim değişikliğinin etkisi sağlık kurumlarının altyapılarının bozulmasından, sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumundaki zorluklara ve hasta sayısının artmasına kadar pek çok soruna zemin hazırlamıştır. Bu sorunlar, hemşirelik yönetimi açısından sadece mevcut durumu değil, geleceği de etkileyen birçok yeni ve karmaşık zorlukları beraberinde getirmektedir. Ancak aynı zamanda stratejik planlama, eğitim, bilgi ve sürdürülebilirlik gibi alanlarda yenilikçi yaklaşımlar geliştirme fırsatları da sunmaktadır.
