Oral Mukozanın Premalign ve Malign Lezyonları
Özet
Oral mukoza birçok deri ve sistemik hastalığın ayırıcı tanısına katkı sağlaması nedeniyle dermatolojik muayene sırasında özel dikkat gerektiren bir alandır. Oral mukozanın lezyonları oldukça yaygındır ve bu lezyonlar genellikle iyi huyludur. Ancak nadiren agresif seyreden malign lezyonlar da görülebilmekte ve bunlar genellikle prekanseröz olduğu düşünülen spesifik bir lezyondan meydana gelmektedir. Bu nedenle muayene sırasında prekanseröz lezyonların saptanması hem tanı hem de tedavi açısından önemlidir. Bu bölümde oral lökoplaki ve proliferatif verrüköz lökoplaki, eritroplaki, oral skuamoz hücreli karsinom, verrüköz karsinom ve kaposi sarkomundan bahsedilecektir.
