Ameliyat Sırası Bakım
Özet
Cerrahi girişim sırasındaki süreç, ameliyat sırası dönem olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Cerrahi girişimin gerçekleştirilmesini kapsayan bu süreç, hastanın ameliyathaneye gelmesiyle başlamakta, anestezi verilmesi, cerrahi girişimin gerçekleştirilmesi, hastanın uyandırılmasıyla devam etmekte ve hastanın yoğun bakım ya da kliniğe transferiyle sona ermektedir. Ameliyat sırası dönem, hastanın en savunmasız olduğu, komplikasyonların görülme oranının yüksek olduğu kompleks ve zor bir dönemdir. Bu hastaların ameliyat sırası dönem hemşirelik bakımı, hastanın konforu, güvenliği, mahremiyeti, psikolojik durumu üzerine temellendirilen tüm hasta gereksinimlerini kapsamaktadır. Ameliyathane hemşireleri enfeksiyonun önlenmesi, asepsinin sürdürülmesi, aletlerin kullanılması, tıbbi tekniklerin benimsenmesi, komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve biyolojik preparatların kullanılmasının yanı sıra bakımın planlanmasında, hasta, cerrahi ekip ve diğer sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcılarıyla iş birliği yapılmasında önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Ameliyat sırasında hasta güvenliği, cerrahi ekip için en önemli alarmlardan biridir çünkü bu dönemde meydana gelen olumsuz olaylar sakatlık ve ölümün ana nedenidir. Bu dönemde hasta güvenliği önlemlerine odaklanarak etkili bir ekip çalışması ve iletişim sağlanırsa komplikasyonlar önlenebilmektedir. Ameliyat sırası dönemde komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve etkili bir bakım verilmesi ile hasta sonuçları iyileşmekte, hastanede kalış süresi kısalmakta, erken taburculuk planlanmakta ve maaliyet azalmaktadır.
The process during surgical intervention is defined as the perioperative period. This process, which includes the performance of the surgical intervention, starts with the arrival of the patient to the operating room, continues with the administration of anesthesia, the performance of the surgical intervention, the awakening of the patient and ends with the transfer of the patient to the intensive care unit or clinic. The perioperative period is a complex and difficult period in which the patient is most vulnerable and the incidence of complications is high. Perioperative nursing care of these patients covers all patient needs based on the patient's comfort, safety, privacy and psychological status. Operating room nurses play an important role in preventing infection, maintaining asepsis, using instruments, adopting medical techniques, preventing complications and using biological preparations, as well as planning care and collaborating with the patient, surgical team and other health care providers. Patient safety during surgery is one of the most important alarms for the surgical team because adverse events occurring during this period are the main cause of disability and death. Complications can be prevented if effective teamwork and communication are ensured by focusing on patient safety measures during this period. Preventing complications and providing effective care in the perioperative period improves patient outcomes, shortens hospital stay, early discharge planning and reduces costs.
