Ameliyat Öncesi Bakım
Özet
Cerrahi, acil ya da elektif olsun, stresli ve karmaşık bir olaydır. Teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda değişiklikler olmuştur ve ameliyat öncesi hazırlıklara verilen önem artmıştır. Ameliyat öncesi dönemde hemşire, iyi bir hasta değerlendirmesi, fizyolojik ve psikolojik hazırlık ile hastanın, ameliyat travmasıyla ve gelişebilecek olası sorunlarla baş edebilecek şekilde hazırlanmasını sağlamalıdır.
Surgery, whether elective or emergency, is a stressful and complex event. In parallel with technological developments, there have been changes in the provision of health services and the importance given to preoperative preparations has increased. In the preoperative period, the nurse should ensure that the patient is prepared to cope with the trauma of the surgery and possible problems that may arise through a good patient evaluation, physiological and psychological preparation.
