Anestezi
Özet
Anestezi, cerrahi girişim süresince bilinç kaybı (amnezi), ağrı kontrolü (analjezi) ve kas gevşemesinin bir kombinasyonunun geri dönüşümlü olarak sağlanmasıdır. Ameliyat öncesi anestezi değerlendirmesinin hedefleri arasında eşlik eden tıbbi durumların riskini değerlendirmek, hastayı cerrahi girişime hazırlamak için yapılması gereken testlerin neler olduğuna karar vermek, anestezi bakımı için seçenekleri tartışmak, hastanın endişelerini anlamak ve ele almak yer almaktadır. Hastanın anestezi hazırlığı, anestezi ekibinin tanıtılması, yapılması planlanan uygulamaların anlatılması, alerji varlığının belirlenmesi, fiziksel muayenede tüm sistem fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi, sistemlere yönelik hastalık/lar varlığının sorgulanması, yaşam bulgularına bakılması, anksiyete veya endişelerin belirlenmesi gibi uygulamaları kapsamaktadır.
Anesthesia is the reversible provision of a combination of loss of consciousness (amnesia), pain control (analgesia), and muscle relaxation during the surgical procedure. The goals of the preoperative anesthesia evaluation include assessing the risk of comorbidity, deciding what tests need to be done to prepare the patient for surgery, discussing options for anesthesia, and understanding and addressing the patient's concerns. It includes practices such as preparing the patient for anesthesia, introducing the anesthesia team, explaining the planned applications, determining the presence of allergies, evaluating the functions of all systems during the physical examination, checking vital signs, and determining anxiety and concerns.
