Aorta Görüntülemesinde Bilgisayarlı Tomografi ve Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme
Özet
Bu bölüm, aortanın bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) yöntemleriyle görüntülenmesine odaklanmaktadır. Aortik hastalıkların teşhisinde BT ve MRG'nin önemi vurgulanarak, bu yöntemlerin sağladığı avantajlar ve kullanım alanları detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. BT, hızlı ve yüksek çözünürlüklü görüntüler sunarak aortik anevrizmalar, aortik diseksiyonlar ve aortik koarktasyon gibi patolojilerin tanısında etkin bir rol oynar. MRG ise aortun anatomisi, kan akışı ve aort kapağı fonksiyonu gibi parametrelerin değerlendirilmesine olanak tanır. Bölümde, BT ve MRG ile elde edilen görüntüler ve bu yöntemlerin klinik uygulamaları örnek vakalarla desteklenerek açıklanmaktadır.
This section focuses on imaging the aorta using computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The importance of CT and MRI in diagnosing aortic diseases is emphasized, and the advantages and applications of these methods are examined in detail. CT provides rapid and high-resolution images, making it effective in diagnosing aortic aneurysms, aortic dissections and aortic coarctation. MRI, on the other hand, allows for the evaluation of the aorta's anatomy, blood flow and aortic valve function. The section explains clinical applications with examples, supported by images obtained through CT and MRI.
