Özet

Bu bölüm, aortanın ultrasonografi ile görüntülenmesine odaklanmaktadır. İlk olarak, aortun anatomisi ve çeşitli bölümleri detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmaktadır.  Ultrasonografi, yüksek frekanslı ses dalgaları kullanarak görüntüleme sağlar ve abdominal aortun değerlendirilmesinde genellikle faydalıdır. Aort anevrizmaları, ateroskleroz, aort diseksiyonu ve diğer patolojilerin tanısında B mod ve Doppler mod Ultrasonografi’nin kullanımı anlatılmaktadır. Ayrıca ultrasonografinin avantajları ve sınırlamaları da ele alınmaktadır. Aortun normal ve patolojik durumlarda nasıl görüntüleneceği, kullanılan teknikler ve görüntüleme sırasında karşılaşılabilecek zorluklar detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir.

This section focuses on imaging the aorta using ultrasonography. Initially, the anatomy of the aorta and its various segments are explained in detail. Ultrasonography, which uses high-frequency sound waves for imaging, is generally beneficial in evaluating the abdominal aorta. The use of B-mode and Doppler-mode ultrasonography in diagnosing aortic aneurysms, atherosclerosis, aortic dissection and other pathologies is described. Additionally, the advantages and limitations of ultrasonography are discussed. The section thoroughly examines how the aorta can be imaged in normal and pathological conditions, the techniques used and the challenges encountered during imaging.
