Gerçek Kendilik ve Sanatsal Yaratıcılık Üzerine
Özet
Gerçek kendilik; bireyin yaşamın başlangıcından beri taşıdığı potansiyelleri, kendi ve öteki ile olan farklılıkları, bütün kişiliği, idealize edilmiş bir kendilik olmadan var olabildiği şahsiyeti olarak tanımlamak mümkündür. Sanatsal yaratıcılık, bireyin gerçek kendiliğini ve sahte kendiliğini keşfetmesine, duygularını, düşüncelerini, davranışlarını dışa vurarak iç ve dış gerçekliklerini anlayıp anlamlandırarak onlarla baş etmesine ve en nihayetinde biricik var oluşunu kabullenip kucaklamasına katkı sağlayacak güçlü bir terapötik araçtır. Kendini arayışta başvurulacak içsel bir rehber, güvenli bir sığınaktır. Sanat ve yaratıcılık kendilik kapasitelerinden ayrı tutulamaz iki önemli öğedir.
