Subaraknoid Kanama
Özet
Subaraknoid kanama (SAK) morbidite ve mortalitesi yüksek, diğer serebrovasküler hastalıklarla karşılaştırıldığında aktif çalışma hayatında olan daha genç popülasyonu etkileyen, bu nedenle sosyoekonomik olarak ciddi yük oluşturabilecek bir durumdur. Son on yılda görüntüleme tekniklerinde, tedavi yöntemlerinde ve yoğun bakımlarda meydana gelen gelişmelerle yüz güldürücü sonuçlar elde etmekteyiz. Bu bölümde SAK’ın özellikle yoğun bakım takibi son yayınlanan rehberler eşliğinde gözden geçirilecektir.
