Nekrotizan Fasiit
Özet
Nekrotizan fasiit, hızlı tanı ve acil tedavi gerektiren, hayatı tehdit eden, hızla ilerleme gösteren, ölümcül sonuçları olan yumuşak doku enfeksiyonudur. Semptomların sinsi başlangıçlı, %40'ının semptomsuz olması, erken tanıyı önemli kılmaktadır. Başarılı tedavinin anahtarı, yoğun bakımda agresif sıvı tedavisi, erken başlanan geniş spektrumlu antibiyotik tedavisi ile kombine edilen hızlı ve radikal cerrahi debridmandır. Nekrotizan fasiite, multidisipliner yaklaşım ve yoğun bakım desteği ile yaşam kalite ve oranında belirgin artış gözlenmiştir.
