Özet
Akut pankreatit (AP), pankreas asiner hücrelerindeki proteolitik enzimlerin yol açtığı hasar sonucu gelişen lokalize ve sistemik inflamasyonla karekterize bir klinik tablodur. Akut pankreatit tanısı konulan hastalarda etyolojiyi ve AP ciddiyetini belirlemek gelişebilecek lokal ve sistemik komplikasyonları öngörmek ve tedaviyi belirlemek açısından önemlidir. Sıvı ve beslenme yönetimi AP’ in tedavisindeki en önemli basamaklardır (1).
Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a clinical condition characterized by localized and systemic inflammation resulting from damage caused by proteolytic enzymes in pancreatic acinar cells. In patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, determining the etiology and severity of AP is important for predicting potential localized and systemic complications and guiding treatment. Fluid and nutritional management are the most crucial steps in the treatment of AP (1).
