Kronik Böbrek Yetersizliği
Özet
Toplumda kronik böbrek hastalığı prevalansının artmasına bağlı kronik böbrek yetersizlikli hastaların akut kritik hastalığın yoğun bakımda görülme sıklığı artmıştır. Bu hastalarda akut renal hasar görülme sıklığı artmıştır. Kronik böbrek yetersizlikli hastaların tedavi yaklaşımının düzenlenmesinde böbrek fonksiyonları göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
