Politik Davranış (Political Bahavior)

Özet

Bu bölümde, kurumsal yaşamın içinde yer alan her bir çalışan ya da yönetici tarafından sergilenen ya da maruz kalınan politik davranışlar ele alınacaktır. Kitap bölümü içerisinde politik davranışın tanımı, öncülleri, sonuçları, politik davranış sınıflandırmaları, hemşirelik ve politik davranış, politik davranışın öğretimi ve etik yönü başlıkları yer alacaktır.  
Bu bölümde ayrıca hemşirelik mesleği bağlamında sağlık bakım kurumlarında, hemşireler ile yapılan politik davranış çalışmaları, hemşire yöneticilerin politik davranışların sergilendiği ortamları yönetme becerileri üzerinde durularak farkındalık oluşturulacaktır. Bu bölüm, hem hemşireler hem de yönetici hemşireler açısından politik davranış sergilemede dikkat edilecek hususları anlamak ve ele almak için bir kaynak sunmaktadır.

This book chapter will discuss the political behaviors exhibited or exposed by every possible employee or manager in corporate life. The book section will include the definition of political behavior, its antecedents, consequences, classifications of political behavior, nursing and political behavior, teaching and ethical aspects of political behavior. 
In this section, awareness will be raised by focusing on political behavior studies conducted with nurses in health care institutions in the context of the nursing profession, and the ability of nurse managers to manage environments where political behavior is exhibited. This chapter provides a resource for understanding and addressing considerations in engaging in political behavior as both a nurse and a nurse manager.
