Pediatrik Organ Nakilleri Öncesi ve Sonrası Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Günümüzde organ transplantasyonu pediatrik hastalardaki son dönem organ yetmezliklerinin tedavisinde yaygın olarak uygulanan bir tedavi şeklidir. Çocuklarda genellikle organ yetmezliklerinin ana sebebi konjenital hastalıklardır. Çocuklarda organ transplantasyonun geç kalmaması özellikle büyüme ve gelişme sorunlarının önlenmesi açısından kritik önem taşır. Transplant öncesi dönemde hastaların kapsamlı bir değerlendirilmesi yapılarak gerekli tüm tetkikler tamamlanmalıdır. Transplant sonrası dönemde karşılaşılan başlıca sorunlar kanama, enfeksiyon ve rejeksiyondur. Rejeksiyonun önlenmesi için hastaların ömür boyu immünsupresif tedavi almaları gereklidir.
Today, organ transplantation is a widely used form of treatment for end-stage organ failure in pediatric patients. Congenital diseases are generally the main cause of organ failure in children. It is critical that organ transplantation in children is not delayed, especially in terms of preventing growth and development problems. In the pre-transplant period, a comprehensive evaluation of the patients should be made and all necessary examinations should be completed. The main problems encountered in the post-transplant period are bleeding, infection and rejection. To prevent rejection, patients must receive lifelong immunosuppressive therapy.
