Solid Organ Nakli Canlı Vericisinde Psikososyal Sorunlar ve Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Solid organ nakli ölü veya canlı bir vericiden alınan organın alıcıya nakledilmesi işlemi olarak tanımlanır. Canlı vericiler herhangi bir sağlık problemi olmayan sağlıklı bireylerdir. Stres, anksiyete, kayıp tepkisi, depresyon, post travmatik stres bozukluğu, uyum bozuklukları, kişilerarası ilişkiler ve sosyal iletişimde bozulma gibi psikososyal sorunlar canlı verici organ nakil sürecinin karmaşıklığını yansıtan yaygın sorunlar olarak belirtilmektedir. Canlı vericilere uygun nitelikte hemşirelik bakımının ve eğitiminin verilmesi komplikasyonların önlenmesinde, yaşam kalitesinin artırılmasında ve sürdürülmesinde oldukça önemlidir. Hemşire, canlı vericilerin psikososyal gereksinimlerini belirlemeli ve belirlediği gereksinimler doğrultusunda girişimlerini planlamalı ve uygulamalıdır. Bu bölümde solid organ nakli canlı vericisinde psikososyal sorunlar ve hemşirelik bakımına yönelik bilgiler yer almaktadır.
