Solid Organ Nakli Alıcısında Psikososyal Sorunlar ve Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Organ nakli, bir organın donörden alıcıya aktarılma işlemidir. Organ nakli, alıcılar için bir umut kaynağı olmakta ve onların yaşam kalitesini artırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, nakil sonrası bazı risklerle karşılaşmak alıcıların fiziksel ve psikososyal sağlığını etkileyebilir. Psikososyal girişimler, tedaviye uyumu daha iyi yönetmek için tüm nakil aşamalarında organ nakli alıcılarında fayda sağlar. Güncel araştırmalar, organ nakli alıcılarının, multidisipliner bir ekip tarafından yakın takip edilmesini önerir. Bu bölümde, solid organ nakli alıcısında psikososyal sorunlar ve hemşirelik bakımı ele alınmaktadır.
Organ transplantation is the process of transferring an organ from a donor to a recipient. Organ transplantation serves as a source of hope for recipients and enhances their quality of life. However, recipients may encounter some risks post-transplantation, which can affect their physical and psychosocial well-being. Psychosocial interventions benefit organ transplant recipients in managing treatment adherence throughout all stages of transplantation. Current research recommends close monitoring of organ transplant recipients by a multidisciplinary team. This section addresses psychosocial issues in solid organ transplant recipients and nursing care.
