Akciğer Nakli Öncesi ve Sonrası Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Akciğer nakli son dönem akciğer hastalıklarında yaşam kalitesini artırıcı ve hayat kurtarıcı bir tedavi yöntemidir. Buna karşın dünyada en az yapılan nakil tiplerindendir. Hastaların ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası bakım süreci multidisipliner ekip yaklaşımı gerektirir. Ekibin en önemli üyelerinden hemşire, hastanın ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası bakımını planlar. Ameliyat öncesi süreçte hastayı sistemik olarak mümkün olan en iyi haliyle nakile hazırlar. Ameliyat sonrası süreçte komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve yakından takibi en önemli hedeftir. Bu süreçte hasta ve ailesiyle güven ilişkisi kurulması ve iletişimin sürdürülmesi oldukça önemlidir.
Lung transplantation is a life-saving treatment method that improves the quality of life in end-stage lung diseases. However, it is one of the least common types of transplantation in the world. Preoperative and postoperative care of patients requires a multidisciplinary team approach. The nurse, one of the most important members of the team, plans the preoperative and postoperative care of the patient. In the preoperative process, she prepares the patient systemically for transplantation in the best possible way. Prevention and close follow-up of complications in the postoperative period is the most important goal. In this process, it is very important to establish a relationship of trust and maintain communication with the patient and his/her family.
