Kalp Nakli Öncesi ve Sonrası Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Kalp yetersizliği her yıl çok sayıda kişiyi etkilemekte olup, tedavisi hastalığın ilerlemesine ve semptomların şiddetine göre belirlenmektedir., Günümüzde, ileri kalp yetersizliklerinin tedavisinde altın standart tedavi yöntemi olarak kalp nakli kabul edilmektedir. Kalp naklinde ameliyat öncesi hazırlık ve ameliyat sonrası bakım süreçleri karmaşıktır ve başarılı sonuçlar için nakil öncesi ve sonrası bütüncül hemşirelik bakımına gereksinim bulunmaktadır. Bu bölümde, kalp nakli öncesi hazırlık ve bakım, kalp nakli sonrası erken dönem komplikasyonlar ve hemşirelik bakımına yönelik bilgilere yer verilmiştir.
