Karaciğer Nakli Cerrahi Süreci
Özet
21. yüzyılda organ nakli konusundaki gelişmeler ile birlikte son dönem karaciğer yetmezliği olan hastaların pretransplant mortalitesi, posttransplant mortalitenin çok üzerine çıkmıştır. Organ sıkıntısını gidermek amacı ile öncelikle pediatrik alıcılarda başlayan canlı vericili karaciğer transplantasyonu sonrasında erişkinlerde de uygulanmaya başlamış ve sonuçları kadavradan yapılan transplantasyonların sonuçları kadar başarılı olmuştur. Günümüzde özellikle kadavra organ sıkıntısı olan ülkelerde canlı vericiden karaciğer transplantasyonu önemli bir tedavi yöntemi olarak yerini almıştır.
Günümüzde karaciğer yetmezliği olan erişkin ya da pediatrik hastalarda canlı vericili karaciğer transplantasyonu hayat kurtarıcı bir tedavi yöntemi olarak yerini almıştır.
