Böbrek Nakli Öncesi ve Sonrası Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Son yıllardaki tıbbi tedavi teknolojisindeki gelişmelerin böbrek nakli sonrası uzun greft sağ kalımı üzerindeki etkisi böbrek nakli olan hastaların yaşam süresini ve kalitesini arttırmaktadır. Ameliyat öncesi iyi bir hazırlık, güvenli bir cerrahi süreç ve ameliyat sonrası bakım, komplikasyonları önlemede ve hastaların iyileşmesinde önemlidir. Böbrek nakli, öncesi ve sonrası multidisipliner bir ekip tarafından yönetilen kompleks bir süreçtir. Bu süreçte hemşirelik bakımının amacı; öncesi nitelikli bir hasta değerlendirmesi yapmak, ameliyat sonrası kritik hasta bakımı ve gelişebilecek komplikasyonların erken saptamak ve önelemektir.
Bu bölümde literatür doğrultusunda; ameliyat öncesi hasta hazırlığı, erken dönem komplikasyonlar ve hemşirelik bakımından söz edilecektir.
