Böbrek Nakli Cerrahi Süreci
Özet
Son dönem böbrek yetmezliği gelişen hastaların hayata yeniden merhaba dedikleri bir süreç olan böbrek nakli, yıllar içerisinde teknolojik geliş meler ve tecrübelerin birikimi ile sürekli gelişen dinamik bir süreçtir. Açık cerrahi yöntemlerden laparoskopik yöntemlere oradan da robotik cerrahiye hızlı bir ilerleme kaydetmiştir. Bu ilerleme hastaların ve hekimlerin konforunu arttırırken günümüzde olmazsa olmaz maliyet hesabını da beraberinde taşımaktadır. Kadavradan elde edilen böbrek sayısını arttırmak arzulansa da laparoskopik yöntemler sayesinde böbrek donörlerinin daha erken normal hayata dönmeleri, postoperatif ağrı şikayetlerinin daha az olması ve kozmetik sonuçların daha iyi olması nedeni ile canlı donör sayısı artmaktadır.
