Solid Organ Naklinde Enfeksiyon Hastalıkları ve Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Solid organ nakli (SON) yapılan hastalarda, immünosüpresif ilaçlar ve cerrahi tekniklerdeki ilerlemelere rağmen enfeksiyonlar hala ciddi bir sağlık sorunudur. Bağışıklığı baskılanmış SON alıcılarında geniş patojen yelpazesi risk oluşturmakta, enfeksiyonlar morbidite ve mortaliteye yol açmaktadır. SON alıcılarının nakil sonrası komplikasyonlarını azaltmak için hasta, bakım verici ve sağlık ekibi üçgeninde enfeksiyondan korunmaya yönelik önlemlere titizlikle uyulması gerekmektedir. Hemşirenin SON yapılan hastalarda bakım verici rolü yanında; aşılama programlarının yürütülmesi, hastaların evde izlemleri, her aşamada hasta ve yakınlarının eğitimi ve danışmanlık girişimlerini de yürütmesi gerekmektedir.
