Solid Organ Naklinde Multidisipliner Bakım Yaklaşımı
Özet
Organ nakli hemşiresinin, geri dönüşü olmayan organ yetmezliğine sahip hastaların multidisipliner bir ekip olarak bakımında önemli bir rolü vardır. Her ekip üyesi gibi, hemşire hastanın bakım sonuçlarına benzersiz bir şekilde katkıda bulunur. “Birincil hemşirelik bakım sistemi” içinde, nakil hemşiresi yüksek kaliteli ve koordineli bakım sağlar ve hastayla kurulan ilişkiyi en iyi şekilde yönetir. Nakil hemşiresinin, hasta bakımındaki klinik durumun karışıklığı artması ve hastanede geçirilen sürenin en aza indirgenerek iyileşme hedeflerinin yükseltilmesiyle, gelecekte daha büyük zorluklarla yüzleşeceği açıktır. Ayrıca, hemşireler, nakil sonrası daha yüksek bir “iyilik” düzeyini teşvik etmekte de merkezi rol oynayacaklardır.
