Akut Böbrek Hasarında Renal Koruma
Özet
Akut böbrek hasarı, yoğun bakım hastalarının %10-67’sinde görülerek mortalite, morbidite ve hastanede kalış sürelerini uzatan önemli bir risk faktörüdür. Genel olarak, direk nefrotoksisite, iskemi, inflamasyon ve renal otoregülasyonun bozulmasına bağlı olarak ortaya çıkar. Hastaya bağlı faktörler ve bağımsız birçok risk faktörü olması nedeniyle yoğun bakım takibinde optimal renal fonksiyonları sağlamak adına riskleri belirlemek ve renal koruyucu önlemler almak büyük önem arz etmektedir.
