Tiroid Onkositik Karsinomu
Özet
Tiroid onkositik karsinomu sıklıkla foliküler kansere benzer bir klinik görünüme ve benzer uzak metastaz lokalizasyonuna neden olur. Ancak klinik ve moleküler çalışmalar ayrı bir tümör tipi olduğunu açıkça göstermektedir .Foliküler kansere göre daha kötü prognoza sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir. Tedavisi ve takibi tiroid foliküler kanserine benzer şekilde yapılmaktadır.
Thyroid oncocytic carcinoma often causes a clinical appearance similar to follicular cancer and similar distant metastasis localization. However, clinical and molecular studies clearly show that it is a separate tumor type. It is thought to have a worse prognosis than follicular cancer. Treatment and follow-up are similar to thyroid follicular cancer.
