Antik Müzik: Mezopotamya’dan Antik Yunan’a
Özet
Bu bölüm eski Mezopotamya ve Antik Yunan müziğini ele almanın yanı sıra klasik batı müziği tarihi içerisindeki yeri dikkate alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bölüm aynı zamanda antik müzik pratikleri üzerine verileri elde etme ve değerlendirme adına önemli bir çalışma alanı olan arkeomüzikoloji çalışmalarına da atıfta bulunur. Bu bağlamda bu bölümde arkeomüzikologların çalışmalarından bahsedilmiş ve antik müzikler üzerine kazılarda bulunan tablet ve çalgıların araştırmacılar tarafından hangi perspektif ve kavramlar aracılığıyla çalışıldığı açıklanmıştır.
