Kariyer Psikolojik Danışmasında İnternet ve Yapay Zekâ Tabanlı Uygulamalar ve Çevrim İçi Kariyer Psikolojik Danışması
Özet
21. yüzyılda küresel değişimler ve teknolojinin gelişimi, iş dünyasını şekillendirmekte, kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı ve mesleki rehberlik uygulamalarını dönüştürmekte, geleneksel hizmetler yerini teknolojiyle bütünleştirilmiş kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı uygulamalarına bırakmaktadır. Bu kitap bölümünde kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığında teknoloji kullanımının tarihsel süreç içindeki gelişimi ele alınmış, günümüzdeki uygulamalar incelenmiştir ve çevrimiçi kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı hakkında bilgi sunulmuştur. Kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığının teknolojiyle bütünleşmesi; bilgisayar tabanlı uygulamalar, ardından internetin gelişimi ile web tabanlı uygulamalar ve günümüzde ise yapay zekâ destekli uygulamalar olmak üzere farklı aşamalardan geçerek gerçekleşmektedir. Kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığında teknoloji kullanımının ilk örnekleri sayılabilecek bilgisayar destekli kariyer rehberliği sistemleri (örn. SIGI, DISCOVER), özellikle ortaokul, lise ve üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer kararı vermelerinde yardımcı olmak için geliştirilmiştir. İnternetin gelişmesi ile dizüstü bilgisayarda ve akıllı telefon uygulamalarında internet/web tabanlı uygulamalar (örn. O*NET Online) çeşitli kariyer bilgi kaynaklarına erişme, kariyer seçeneklerini keşfetme, eğitim ve öğretim seçeneklerini araştırma, becerileri değerlendirme, özgeçmiş hazırlama ve iş arama gibi etkinliklerde bireylere destek sunmaktadır. Günümüzde ise yapay zekâya dayalı uygulamalar (örn. CiCi, Jobiri) öz değerlendirme araçları sağlama, kişi-iş uyumunu belirleme, sanal kariyer rehberliği sunma, bilgi, beceri ve yetenek analizi ve iş gücü piyasası ve iş fırsatları araştırmaları gibi çeşitli işlevler sunmaktadır. Bu bölümde, üretken yapay zekanın kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı uygulamalarında doğru ve yanlış kullanımlarına yönelik örnekler sunulmuştur. Çevrimiçi kariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı ise danışanlara internet üzerinden kariyer psikolojik danışması hizmeti sunulması anlamına gelmektedir. Kariyer psikolojik danışmanları etkili ve etik uygulamalar gerçekleştirmek için teknoloji ve yapay zekâ uygulamaları konusunda bilgi ve yetkinliklerini geliştirmeli; gizlilik, özerklik, ön yargı, ayrımcılık vb. olası etik sorunların farkında olmalıdır.
